Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a contract between you and Feelim ("Feelim", "we", "us"). They govern your use of feelim.io, the Feelim web app and related services (the "Service"). Please read them together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service for a company, you confirm that you have authority to bind it. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Feelim is a tool that uses AI models to help you create content for LinkedIn (text, images and carousels), and to schedule and publish it on your LinkedIn profile or on pages you administer. We may change, add or remove features, and we may suspend the Service for maintenance or security reasons.

3. Eligibility and your account

  • The Service is intended for adults. By using it, you confirm that you are an adult in your country of residence and able to enter into a contract.
  • You sign in with your email address and a one-time code. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your email account secure. Tell us at report@feelim.io if you suspect unauthorized use.
  • Accounts are personal: do not share them. Do not create multiple accounts to get around limits, allowances or plan conditions. We may link usage limits to the LinkedIn account you connect, and a LinkedIn account may be connected to only one Feelim account at a time.

4. LinkedIn integration

  • You authorize Feelim to access LinkedIn on your behalf, within the permissions you grant, to publish the content and on the schedule you choose.
  • Feelim is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by LinkedIn. LinkedIn is a trademark of LinkedIn Corporation. You must follow LinkedIn's User Agreement and policies. LinkedIn may limit or suspend accounts or change its interfaces, and we are not responsible for its decisions or availability.
  • You can disconnect at any time in the app and revoke access in your LinkedIn settings. If the connection is lost or expires, or your subscription ends, scheduled posts may not be published.
  • You are responsible for everything that is published to LinkedIn through your account.

5. AI-generated content

  • You are using AI. The text and images that Feelim creates are generated or synthesized by artificial intelligence, not written or taken by a person.
  • Generated by AI models. Outputs are produced automatically by third-party AI models (Anthropic Claude, OpenAI, Google Gemini and Microsoft Azure AI services) from your inputs. They may be inaccurate, incomplete, out of date, biased, offensive or similar to outputs given to other users. Outputs are not guaranteed to be unique.
  • You review before you publish. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing and verifying outputs before using or publishing them, including their accuracy, legality, respect for third-party rights, any disclosure that content was created or altered with AI where the law (for example the EU AI Act), LinkedIn or another platform requires it, and their suitability for your purpose. Outputs are not legal, medical, financial or other professional advice.
  • Copyright and ownership. Copyright, ownership and permitted use of outputs depend on applicable law and on the terms and policies of each model provider that generated them. In some countries, for example under the position of the US Copyright Office, content generated entirely by AI without substantial human authorship may not be protected by copyright. Feelim makes no promise that outputs can be protected by copyright, are original or are free of third-party rights. As between you and Feelim, Feelim claims no ownership of your outputs.

6. Your content

You keep ownership of the materials you upload or enter ("Inputs"). You confirm that you have all rights needed to use them and that they do not break the law or infringe anyone's rights. You give Feelim a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, transmit (including to our AI and LinkedIn providers) and display your Inputs and outputs only as needed to operate, secure and provide the Service. Do not upload personal data of other people without a lawful basis, or malware.

Agencies and content creators. If you use the Service to create or manage content for your clients, you confirm that you have their authority and a lawful basis to do so and to give us their materials and LinkedIn access. In that case our Data Processing Agreement forms part of these Terms and applies to the personal data contained in that content.

7. Acceptable use

The Acceptable Use Policy forms part of these Terms and describes in detail what is not allowed. In short, you must not:

  • use the Service for anything unlawful, deceptive, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, harmful, misleading or spam, including disinformation, impersonation or fraud;
  • upload or distribute malware or any code intended to harm systems or data;
  • submit sensitive personal data such as health, biometric or financial account data: the Service is not designed to process it;
  • create or publish content that violates LinkedIn's policies or the usage policies of our AI providers;
  • access the Service with bots, scripts, robotic process automation, scraping or any automated means that we have not provided;
  • bypass or attempt to bypass limits, quotas, authentication or security controls, or abuse the AI features to generate volume;
  • share, resell or sublicense access, reverse engineer the Service, or use it to build a competing product;
  • probe for vulnerabilities without our permission. We welcome responsible disclosure at report@feelim.io.

8. Usage limits and fair use

Plans include allowances (for example, a number of texts, images or videos) that may change. To protect the Service and other users we may rate-limit, restrict, suspend or block usage that appears automated, abusive or in breach of these Terms.

9. Plans and payments

Paid plans are billed as shown at checkout. Payments are processed by Wompi. Prices may not include taxes.

Automatic monthly renewal. Memberships are charged automatically every month. By subscribing, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge your payment method each month, at the then-current price, until you cancel. You can cancel at any time by clicking Disconnect in the app, or by writing to report@feelim.io. When you cancel, your scheduled posts return to draft, your drafts and content are deleted within 30 days at most as described in the Privacy Policy, and future charges stop.

No refunds. All payments are non-refundable, including partial months and unused allowances, except where mandatory law provides otherwise. We will give notice before changing prices for a future period.

10. Our intellectual property

Feelim and its licensors own the Service, including its software (code, architecture and algorithms), design and trademarks. We give you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the Service while these Terms apply. If you send us feedback, we may use it without obligation to you.

11. Third-party services

The Service depends on third parties such as LinkedIn, AI providers, Microsoft and Wompi. Their terms also apply to your use of their services, and we are not responsible for them.

If you believe that content on the Service infringes your copyright, send a notice to report@feelim.io identifying the work, where the content is located, your contact details, a statement that you act in good faith and that the information is accurate, and your signature. We may remove content and terminate repeat infringers.

13. Disclaimer

THE SERVICE AND ALL OUTPUTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AND UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE ANY RESULT, SUCH AS REACH, ENGAGEMENT OR BUSINESS OUTCOMES.

14. Limitation of liability and release

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:

  • Feelim, its affiliates, officers, employees and licensors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, reputation or business, arising from or related to the Service;
  • Feelim is not liable for AI-generated content, for content you publish, or for the acts, omissions or availability of LinkedIn, AI providers or other third parties;
  • our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid to Feelim in the 12 months before the claim, or USD 100 if you paid nothing;
  • you release Feelim from any claims, demands, damages and liabilities arising from your use of AI-generated content, the content you publish, or third-party services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, including liability for fraud, gross negligence or wilful misconduct, death or personal injury, or your mandatory consumer rights.

15. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you will defend and indemnify Feelim against claims, damages and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your Inputs, the content you publish, your use of the Service in breach of these Terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights.

16. Suspension and termination

You can stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms, if your use is abusive or creates risk, if you do not pay, or if the law requires it. When access ends, your drafts and data may be deleted as described in the Privacy Policy. Sections that by their nature should survive will survive.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will change the date at the top, and for material changes we will notify you through the Service or by email. If you keep using the Service after the change takes effect, you accept the new Terms.

18. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Colombia, the European Union and the United States, as applicable to you according to where you live, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have under the laws of your country or state of residence, including the right of consumers in the European Union to bring claims in the courts of their country of residence.

19. General

These Terms and our policies are the entire agreement between you and Feelim about the Service. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in force. Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in a merger or sale.
