4. AI processing

When you generate content, the instructions, text, documents and images you provide are sent to AI model providers so that they can produce the result. The providers we use are Anthropic (Claude), OpenAI, Google (Gemini) and Microsoft Azure, including Azure AI Foundry.

  • Feelim does not use your inputs (instructions, text, documents, images) or your outputs to train or retrain its own AI models.
  • Each provider processes the data under its own terms and privacy policy, which also affect the rights in the generated output (see our Terms of Use).
  • AI output can be inaccurate. We do not take decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you based solely on automated processing, and we do not build profiles of you for that purpose. The AI only generates content that you review and decide whether to use.
  • Do not submit confidential information that you do not want processed by these providers. Do not submit sensitive personal data (for example health, biometric, financial account or government identification data): the Service is not designed for it and is not a HIPAA-covered service.

5. Who we share data with

We do not sell your personal data and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We share it only with the service providers and partners needed to run the Service, under contracts that limit their use of the data:

Our infrastructure is hosted on Microsoft Azure, currently in the United States (East US and East US 2 regions). Data residency, physical security, availability and infrastructure controls are covered by Microsoft Azure's terms, certifications and policies as our cloud provider. Our AI providers process data in the countries where they operate.

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland or Colombia, your data is therefore transferred to the United States and other countries. We rely on appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and, where applicable, the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. Transfers of data of Colombian residents are made in accordance with Law 1581 of 2012.

7. How long we keep data

We keep your data while your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. Afterwards we keep only what we must keep to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations and to resolve disputes. You can ask us to delete your account and content at any time by writing to report@feelim.io; we complete deletion of your data from our active systems within 30 days at most, except for the limited data we are legally required to keep.

If you click Disconnect in the app, your scheduled posts return to draft and your drafts and content are deleted within 30 days at most.

Content that was already published to LinkedIn is controlled by LinkedIn and is not removed by deleting your Feelim account.

9. Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies, including analytics. See our Cookie Policy for the full list and how to manage your choices.

10. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures, including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), access controls, authentication through Microsoft Entra, and the security features of Microsoft Azure, including encryption of stored data at rest. No system is completely secure. If a data breach affects you, we will notify you and the authorities as the law requires.
